Join us at one of our informational meetings to learn more about the Walk With Ease Program. The Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Walk With Ease is an Arthritis Foundation certified program.

Walk With Ease is a 6-week program – walk 3 times per week.
