Yoga for Brain Injury is a WIN-WIN !
Not only is yoga good for you, it can help others! Would you like a tax-deductible, in-office or in-home yoga class for your staff, family or friends?
Doreen Grasso, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and brain injury survivor, can offer one-hour virtual zoom yoga classes to individuals or groups. For a $100 donation to BIARI, the Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island, your group, large or small can enjoy the benefits of yoga. Whether you prefer a private practice at home or want to gather a group of co-workers or friends for a fun, interactive class, this is a way to do so while also supporting a worthy cause.
Yoga not only improves strength, stability and flexibility to the physical body, it also reduces stress while improving mood and productivity. What a gift that would be for your employees, co-workers, friends or family to enjoy together! Classes can be tailored to various levels of practice to fit your needs. Contact Doreen at BIARI, doreen@biari.org or 401-228-3319, to inquire about a class (or two, or more) for your group. Act now, as space/times will be limited. Promotional offers are available to corporate participants.
Let’s share the joy of escaping into mindfulness & moving meditation.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM BIARI
News & Events
The Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island helps to improve access to information on brain injury, and to enhance the effectiveness of agencies and service providers who work with survivors. We work to expand services in Rhode Island for the care and rehabilitation of individuals who have sustained brain injuries by increasing the public’s awareness of brain injury and its consequences, developing support systems and by providing educational outreach to organizations, agencies, and community groups.
